What does Northstar earn?+
A small referral fee on confirmed bookings we source for you — typically 5–8%, billed monthly. Zero on empty legs you'd have flown anyway. Zero on repeat trips from a member you onboarded directly.
Are you an indirect air carrier or broker?+
No. Northstar is a private membership club. Members contract directly with you for the flight. We are sourcing and member-coordination only — this is what keeps you in operational control and outside broker-escrow regulations.
What if a member is unsuitable for my fleet?+
You decline. Always. Right of refusal is unconditional and you owe no explanation beyond standard FAA/DOT non-discrimination compliance.
How fast can I be live?+
Apply → vetting (FAA cert, insurance, pilot currency, background check) → portal access. Typical: 3–5 business days. We then start routing matching RFQs immediately.

Northstar Air Concierge is an aviation concierge and marketplace, not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by FAA-licensed Part 135 operators, or by certified flight schools and owner-operators flying under a Part 91.147 Letter of Authorization who retain full operational control. Aircraft, pricing, and schedules are illustrative; final terms are confirmed by the operating carrier.
