Questions operators ask us first
Do I pay anything to list with Northstar?+
No. Zero listing fees, zero monthly, no minimums. We only earn a small referral fee on bookings we actually source for you — and only on flights, never on empty legs you'd be flying anyway.
Who holds the money — you or me?+
You do. We are a private membership club, not an indirect air carrier. Members contract directly with you for the flight. You collect the fare, you collect and remit Federal Excise Tax, you remain the merchant of record. This keeps you in operational control and out of broker-escrow complications.
How are members qualified?+
Every member pays $95–$295/month for access. They are pre-vetted, ID-verified, and aware they're contracting with you — not us — for the flight. No tire-kickers, no Craigslist traffic.
Who handles the passenger contract, insurance, and safety?+
You do, exactly as you would today. Northstar never touches operational control. We are sourcing and member-coordination only. Your existing Part 135 OpSpecs, insurance, and passenger agreements govern the flight.
Right of refusal?+
Always. You approve every booking before it is confirmed. You can decline any member for any reason consistent with FAA and DOT non-discrimination rules.
How fast do I get paid?+
Immediately — because the member pays you directly. There is no Northstar escrow window, no 30/60/90 day broker float.
Is this exclusive?+
No. You can continue working with XO, Wheels Up, FlyEasy, direct customers, and any other source. We only ask that the inventory you post with us is genuinely available when you post it.
What about empty legs vs. seat sales?+
Both. Post a whole-leg price and we'll market it to members as a private charter. Or toggle 'Sell by the seat' and we'll let members book individual seats — we collect on Stripe, send you the manifest and a single ACH the next business day.
How fast is the posting form?+
About 30 seconds. Aircraft, route, date, price. We do the marketing, the member screening, and the booking handoff.
Where are your members based?+
Primarily Florida — Naples, Miami, Boca, Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando, Fort Myers, Key West, Palm Beach. Strong demand on FL ↔ NYC, FL ↔ Bahamas, FL ↔ TX, and intra-FL hops.

Northstar Air Concierge is an aviation concierge and marketplace, not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by FAA-licensed Part 135 operators, or by certified flight schools and owner-operators flying under a Part 91.147 Letter of Authorization who retain full operational control. Aircraft, pricing, and schedules are illustrative; final terms are confirmed by the operating carrier.
