Apply to host experiences

Tell us about your aircraft. Approved partners are listed under FAR 91.147 scenic-flight authorization. We'll review and respond within 3 business days.

FAR 91.147 Letter of Authorization

Non-Part-135 scenic flights require a current 91.147 LOA from your local FSDO. Same-airport return only. We can help you apply if you don't have one yet.

Availability

Block rate including pilot. We bill the member and remit to you.

Scenic and day-trip experiences are operated by FAA-licensed Part 135 carriers, or by certified flight schools and owner-operators flying under a Part 91.147 Letter of Authorization. Non-135 experiences begin and end at the same airport. Northstar Air Concierge is a marketplace and concierge, not a direct air carrier.
