Northstar Air Concierge is an aviation concierge and marketplace, not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by FAA-licensed Part 135 operators, or by certified flight schools and owner-operators flying under a Part 91.147 Letter of Authorization who retain full operational control. Aircraft, pricing, and schedules are illustrative; final terms are confirmed by the operating carrier.
Membership billing handled via Stripe upon approval. Membership fees are non-refundable once concierge services are activated.
